Our first hike! On the sunny and rainy morning (we live in Florida remember) of Sept 29th 2007 we set our compasses to Exchange Club Park in Lighthouse Point. at some 2 miles from Trinity United Methodist Church.

It was a long and tiresome walk to "go to the park" with full equipment, but we needed to make sure that we had our act together before venturing into the wilderness. The answer was a resounding YES!
